About Perry County Court Docket

Perry County court records sit with several clerks and court systems rather than in one countywide file. This private reference resource identifies the Circuit, Chancery, Justice, municipal, and electronic-access routes that can help a reader reach the correct official custodian.

Why We Built This Site

Mississippi court records can be public while still being difficult to locate. Perry County has a split clerk system. The Perry County Circuit Clerk is the record keeper for Circuit civil and felony matters, while the Perry County Chancery Clerk keeps Chancery matters such as probate, custody, divorce, and equity cases. Justice Court and each municipal court have separate routes. We assembled those paths so a reader can begin with the right court instead of treating one empty search result as proof that no case exists.

MEC and Public Access to MEC, called PAMEC, add another layer for electronic Circuit and Chancery records. Public access is read-only and account based. The courthouse, clerk counters, court-calendar pages, and municipal clerks remain important alternatives when an online search does not fit the case type.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket routes: Perry County criminal and civil court docket descriptions and the court that holds each record.
  • Dates and settings: the difference between a Circuit calendar, a Chancery setting request, and a clerk-confirmed date.
  • Case access: the PAMEC account route, the courthouse viewing alternative, and lower-court clerk fallbacks.
  • Record requests: how to identify a docket entry, request a plain or certified copy, and confirm unknown fees.

What We Cannot Do

Perry County Court Docket is a privately run reference resource. It is not affiliated with a Mississippi court, clerk, or government office. Only the official custodian can provide an authoritative court record or answer a live case question.

  • We cannot retrieve a docket sheet, document image, or case file for a reader.
  • We cannot set, change, or confirm a hearing date.
  • We cannot seal, amend, or remove a court case.
  • We cannot issue a certified copy, give legal advice, or interpret a ruling.
  • We cannot guarantee that a clerk's current fee, phone number, or hours have not changed.

The court or clerk that maintains the original case file is the source for a current docket and any certified copy. Contact that office before relying on a date, fee, or record status.

Search Partners

Some content pages include a search box supplied by a third-party provider. That provider operates its own service, prices, and data practices. A paid sign-up through a partner can produce a referral fee for this site. Partner results do not replace the official docket, clerk, or court calendar, and they must not be used for a purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
